Mise en place is a French term but used in all professional kitchens. It means having all your ingredients measured, cut, peeled, sliced, grated, etc. before you start cooking. Pans are prepared. Mixing bowls, tools and equipment set out. Here at Bella we do a lot mise en place as we're making a lot in house. That means freshness, quality and consistency to your plate.
These are just what you need to start your meal. Beautiful dough balls, freshly baked daily and served with melted garlic butter with rosemary & thyme, and olive oil & balsamic vinegar. #eatsimpleeatwell
